The Pastor’s name is Philip Chhetri (Ramchandra Katuwal) born and raised in a strong orthodox Hindu family. God called him in 1997 and he accepted Christ Jesus as his personal Savior and Lord. Meanwhile, God instilled a thrill and zeal within him to grow in Christ and serve Him fully with a vision. Persicution took place in his life; he was boycotted by his family and community which, through the grace of God made him strong, devoted and committed in the Lord. He came out by faith in Christ through terrible struggles to carry on his study at Bible College. During this time he underwent tough times, surviving by taking up work normally kept only for the lowest castes. Fortunately, through a Christian orphanage, he received the opportunity to study up to Secondary School level.
After that, God bestowed upon him another opportunity to study in the theological and secular Colleges. He studied very hard with an excellent discipline in the word of God pending his theological study tenure. After completion of his theological study, he got the chance to serve the Lord in the same college for about two years. Later, he received another chance in his life to serve the Lord in the Lee Abby Christian Community (UK) for one year, wherein he met hundreds of godly people. Among them, Harold Waterfield and Rev. Ian Smart, key people who became mentors in his life and ministry in Nepal.
While the church ministry was prevalent in Nepal through him, God granted him another opportunity to serve Him at Holden 
Village Christian Community in Washington, USA wherein he also met many godly and devout friends that helped him to realize God’s grace more and more, and provided great encouragement for him to do God’s ministry in an effective way. The work of God is becoming effective and rife in Nepal.
All we have done here is due to your prayer and support. We all are God’s children and so, you are a shareholder together with us in our ministry, and whatever we do on the earth. Our reward will be with the Lord in Heaven. As the word of God says, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due him for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad" (II Cor.5:10)
